Solothurn in September 2020
After the fire in Moria, Solothurn declared its solidarity with the refugees on the Greek islands. A clear majority of Solothurn’s municipal council voted in favour of the SP’s urgent motion. The city will now declare its willingness to accept refugees from the burnt camp in Moria.
Numerous towns and municipalities are ready to receive people from Moria. It is now up to the federal government to finally take advantage of this offer.

La ville de Soleure veut aider : Une nette majorité du conseil municipal de Soleure a voté en faveur de la motion d’urgence du PS lors de la réunion de mardi soir. La ville va maintenant déclarer au gouvernement fédéral sa volonté d’accueillir les réfugiés du camp incendié de Moria.
